I am still struggling with learning how to create this blog. I wish I had more time to devout to cleaning it up and getting it organized. I’ve made a few cards to share with today. I hope you like them. I feel lucky I’ve been able to start my Christmas Cards early this year.
I am sitting here watching the leaves fall from the trees. We have so many trees on our lot. We have two walnut trees , tons of maple and oaks as well as pine trees. It’s fun watching the squirrels scampering around trying to get ready for the winter. I decided this year to get busy making my Christmas cards so I am not waiting at the last moment to get them mailed out. Christmas cards are my favorite cards to make. Here are a few cards that I’ve made.
Have you seen the new Crate Paper line? It is so adorable. One of the sheets has adorable snowman all over it. I cut out the different snowman and put a collage of them on some craft paper that was die cut with a Memory Box die.
Welcome to my site. I have always wanted a blog so I am starting out simple and learning as I go. I hope I will get better at this as I am not good at technology. My husband and I have old flip phones and are planning on getting smart phones because it’s almost impossible without one.
I have been making crafts of all kinds since the 1970’s. Started with learning how to macrame (I know I’m really dating myself). I also started Mod-Podging before it was popular. Also did crocheting and knitting.
I have been making cards and scrapbooking for the last 6 years. I just love creating things. I have been submitting works onto Flickr. I love looking at other beautiful artwork that other people have created. I can spend hours on Pinterest. Their is so many beautiful things that people make. It’s just amazing.
I will post a few cards I have done recently. Hope you enjoy them. If you have any suggestions or comments please feel free to leave them.
Thank you for stopping by.
